You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

✅ The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✅ The product is not a part of our non-returnable list (e.g., hygiene-sensitive items).

3. How to Request an Exchange

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Cancellations
🛑 Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
